1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international locations.
Estimated delivery times:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather).
