We want you to be completely satisfied with your Odisseia purchase. If you are not, we offer an easy returns process.
Return period
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
For orders shipped into the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification (cooling-off period).
Conditions

Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any damage, defect, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
